Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc. Please remember that you may see a different amount charged on your statement which will be due to your country's exchange rate.


What shipping methods are available? 
All packages are shipped Standard USPS. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping as all items are made to order. Please note that XCulture Design will NOT assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status. 


How long will my order take to process? 
Everything that we carry is handmade and each piece is made just for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.


When will my order ship?
All products are created and fulfilled on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. After your product has been manufactured, shipping times are typically 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, and 5-20 days everywhere else. We do not ship on weekends, US holidays or holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. Please be aware that during busy holiday seasons, the processing and shipping time may take longer. If there are multiple items in your order, please note that items may ship separately.

Will all items in my order ship together?
There are some products that will be shipped separately due to packaging differences. These products are: mugs, posters, canvas, stickers, and pillows.

 

Where is my order shipping from?
Your order will ship from one or more of our fulfillment centers located in North Carolina or South Dakota. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, your order may ship from fulfillment centers in Mexico or Europe. 

 

What brand of T-shirts do you use?
At this time, all of our T-shirts are printed onto Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts.


How do your shifts fit?
All apparel is unisex and fits true to size. Women can order their usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down one if a more fitted look is desired. Men should order their usual size.


How are your shirts printed?
XCulture Design uses direct-to-garment printing technology with eco-friendly, water-based inks. The ink is CPSIA-compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means it is safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and it reduces environmental waste. Additionally, it is a durable ink that can withstand high washings.

What is the proper care and maintenance for apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. Do not use liquid fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly onto the graphic; instead, place a pillowcase between your garment and the iron. Do not dry clean.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales taxes will be charged according to your place of residence.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed? 
Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment team. They immediately order the materials needed to complete your order. Because of this, we will be charged a $3 restocking fee for all cancelled items. You may cancel an open order by contacting us BEFORE it has been printed. You will receive a refund minus a $3 restocking fee for each item that is cancelled from your order. If your order has already been printed and/or shipped, you will NOT be able to cancel it. You will have to wait to receive your item(s) in the mail at which time, you may return for a refund minus the restocking fee.
If you need to make changes to an open order, please contact us immediately to let us know. If your item(s) has not been printed/shipped, we will be able to update certain details for you. If your item(s) have already been printed and/or shipped, we will NOT be able to make changes of any kind.


My order has already shipped. Can I change the delivery address? 
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out. If a package is returned to us after shipping to a wrong address, we can reship at the buyer's expense. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect/faulty address and we cannot confirm a valid address and payment for reshipment, you will receive a refund minus shipping.
