Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Email email@example.com to initiate a return. Returns can be processed within 14 days from the time the product is delivered to you.Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. We will reply with a pre-paid return label and instructions for your return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept returns that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way. If an item is faulty or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered. Faulty or damaged items include:
- unraveled seams and/or holes that are present upon delivery
- wrong size, color, or design.
- broken or chipped item
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery to you. To return your product, first email firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of your return. Once your email has been received, you will be instructed where to mail your product. XCulture Design uses a variety of manufacturers for its products, so pease contact us to determine where your item should be sent to for refunds or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within six weeks. If you haven’t received a refund after six weeks, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact email@example.com.
Product Not Delivered
There are a few reasons an order was not delivered: 1) undeliverable or incorrect address, 2) the package was unclaimed at customs, or 3) the package was refused/returned by someone at the deliver-to address. In these instances, if you wish to have the product reshipped, new shipping charges will be applied.
